2008 POLICY

1. All talent must contact me within 12 hours after all interviews, casting calls, or work. It must be confirmed that you attended. Those that don’t contact me will be listed as no shows. No shows are dropped.

2. You must notify me when you get a call to work and days working if possible so that you’re not booked on two projects at the same time.

3. You must supply the following information on all work. Number of days worked, your part, (extra, principal, speaking, stand in, etc ) Name of project and production company.

4. You must notify me if you are contacted by anyone in the industry by mail, phone, fax, e mail etc. So that we can follow it up if necessary to help you get work.

5. You must notify me within 12 hours of any change in contact information.

6. ANYONE reported using unprofessional conduct at an interview, casting call, wardrobe, audition, telephone call, workshop, or on the set or with anyone connected with the entertainment industry will no longer be represented.

7. Updates will only be sent out to those that supply me with an E Mail address and keep it active. If your e mail is returned 2 times you will be removed from my list until you get the problem corrected. You must have a working e mail address. It will not be sent to another person’s address.

8. I get 15 per cent commission on all jobs that I get you or help you get whether directly or indirectly. If I mail out your head shot, If I give you the contact information, If I go through another agency, or if I contact you.. The checks are made payable and mailed to you so you are responsible for sending me the commission. This is on the gross income not the net income. You will have 15 days to get me the commission check once you have been paid.

9. If you cannot take a job then let me or who ever is contacting you know then. Don’t wait and call later. No one can work every project but repeated turn downs will be taken as you are not going to work and will no longer be represented.

11. You must notify me if you are going to be unable to work for long periods of time such as vacations.

12. I need to keep headshots on file at all times. You will be notified by e mail when I need more. If I do not receive them within 15 days you will be removed from my e mail list until I get them. At that time you will be put back on the e mail list.

13. I will not use headshots over ONE year old, composite cards, model portfolios, , any type modeling photos , computer generated photos, anything smaller or larger than an 8 X 10 or with an agency contact information on them. Headshots must meet my requirements. You will not be represented without 8 X 10 color headshots . If headshots are more than one year old they will not be used.

14. I will make one phone call with a possible follow up call. You need to have an answering machine and KEEP it on . You can have a cell phone listed or a pager but you may have a certain amount of time to get back to me.

15. When I call and leave a message for you to return my call ,do so as soon as possible. DO NOT send an e mail I will NOT book a job through e mail. If you do not return my calls you will no longer be represented.

16. Once we agree on representation, you have 30 days to get me headshots.

17. If you do not show up for a job and do not call you will no longer be represented..

18. If you repeatedly turn down casting calls or auditions or jobs you will no longer be represented.

19. Composite cards will be used for models only

20. I do not require you to use a certain photographer, however it’s my decision ONLY on the quality of headshots or comp cards I use.

21. Do not forward or give anyone the information in my e mails. These are intended for my actors only.

22. If you’re modeling and acting you must have a headshot and comp card.

23. All actors and models should mail out press releases every month to all newspapers that cover your area. Always include your resume and photos. Press releases should be updated after each project you work.
